Our Texas based company began humbly as a start-up business in late 2018 by  J. Mouton, a college instructor and accessories consultant. While looking for a guest speaker and  business examples for student learning, Ms. Mouton was inspired to create the example, a real business. Sharing her love for designing, making handcrafted jewelry, and all things pretty, her designs and private label company were born, appropriately named, J. Mouton. 

We initially began as a pop-up company and added the seasonal online treasure shop. The store expanded to include e-gift cards, a full range of accessories... earrings, belt bags, rings, bangles, customized jewelry, and jewelry storage.

Hot Chocolate & Cheer; Donating a hot chocolate bar to local non-profit. The charitable spirit continued leading to our Hoops for Hoops Campaign recognizing positive stories and achievements.

Creating the J. Mouton Collections have truly been  a labor of love that almost didn't happen. Years prior, I was impacted by challenges, including a robbery while working that brought my retail career  experience to a halt. To my surprise, what I thought was a halt was really a pause. It was in the midst of a career change in education when in attempt to help others reach their goals, I rediscovered one of mine.  Inspiration can come from anywhere if your eyes are open and your heart is willing.
