Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is currently limited to the USA and Canada. Free standard shipping promotion is subject to change and applicable for a limited time. Verify shipping address prior to placing order. Delivery times may vary ranging from approximately 5-14 days. Free shipping does not apply towards repairs, returns, or exchanges.

Returns & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. No refunds. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase with a receipt, attached original tags and packaging must be included.

Promotional Policy

We often offer freebies, contests, sweepstakes, drawings, prizes or free gifts. Purchases, promotional items, free gifts, prizes, gifts with purchases, and purchases with purchases are not eligible for cash refunds, credit, or exchanges.

Repairs

We offer an optional processing fee of $15 per product repair. Repairs exclude replacement of glass beads, genuine leather, copper, brass, sterling silver, 10K gold, silver or gold plated jewelry parts. The condition of some of the parts used to create our unique collection are likely contributed to the nature of variations of the supply type. Requests may include resizing and fittings. Send notice via our contact form. We will offer additional instructions.

We encourage best practices and great products. We do not share your contact information with any third parties for profit. Information collected is limited to handling payment transactions, to share our news, and updates.

Digital Gift Cards

Electronic gift cards (e-gift cards) are available to use for purchases. Gift cards sales are final. Gift cards are not eligible for cash refunds, redeemable for cash value, or replaced if lost or stolen.
